Born in 2016, Hugo Senna’s fascination with cars was instant. From the moment he could walk, there was nothing he loved more than playing with cars, drawn endlessly to speed, movement, and racing.
At just five years old, Hugo began karting, and after impressive success in rental karts, his parents invested in his very own kart. Under the expert tutelage of Mike Spencer, renowned as a former adversary of Lewis Hamilton, Hugo’s talent rapidly flourished.
In his first competitive season, Hugo delivered an outstanding performance, finishing 2nd in the Rye House Rotax Micro Max Class Championship and mounting a thrilling late-season charge that saw him close rapidly on the championship leader, narrowly missing out on the title.
From a very young age Hugo was very interested in cars.
Guided by the expert hand of Mike Spencer, a former on-track rival of Lewis Hamilton.
